Warm Flow  60 min

Bring your day to life in a warm room with this one hour class designed to wake up and energize the body. This class focuses on vinyasa style yoga, flowing from one pose to the next with our breath as our guide. Designed for all. (Heated Class)

Hot Yin  60 min

Come and let your day melt away with this Yin practice, held in a heated room. Floor postures are held passively for several minutes as deep stretches will help you reconnect with your body to cultivate ease, balance and grace.

Aurora Happy Hips

A class is designed specifically for your hips. This class will focus on yoga postures that strengthen and open the Hips. This class is suitable for all levels .

Aurora Restorative Yin

Come and let your day melt away with this Restorative Yin practice. Floor postures are held passively for several minutes as deep stretches will help you reconnect with your body to cultivate ease, balance, and grace.

Aurora Basic Flow

For the beginner yogi with 10 classes or less of previous practice. Students will be instructed through a slow flow class designed to teach them introductory postures and alignment principles. This is not a workshop but rather a serial class meant to introduce new students to yoga.

Candle lit Yin Massage

This class is designed to help you feel good from head to toe. We use yin poses and massage balls to release tension in areas of the body. Then we add meditation to help calm the mind and leave you feeling good from top to bottom.

Mindful Yin

Start this class off with yin movements – deep stretches that you hold for several minutes to move stagnant energy through the body and to open up through any tight areas. Ending off with a focus on breath work and mindfulness.

Hot Flow  60 min

This is a broad range of yoga classes. The word vinyasa means “breath synchronized movement.” In other words, the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or exhale. This technique is sometimes referred to as flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. Vinyasa’s strength is in its diversity. there is no single philosophy, rulebook or sequence that teachers must follow, so there is a lot of room for individual personalities and quirks to come through. If you enjoy having things a little loose and unpredictable and like to move, this is the perfect yoga style.

Balanced Flow

A Yin / Yang styled class where students will start off strong with an active and dynamic Yang practice to energize and strengthen the body. Students will then Finish the class off with passive floor postures for several minutes in order to prepare both the body and the mind for more mindful experiences throughout the day.

Dynamic Flow

Challenge yourself in this intermediate Vinyasa style class. Students will pair their breath with movement in a physical practice that encourages a transformative and balancing effect in your body. We will move at moderate to fast pace, building heat within the body as well as strength, flexibility, and stamina. **This class is not recommended for beginners or those recovering from injuries**

Gentle Flow

Slow movements and gentle sequences to create relaxation and rejuvenation within the body and mind. It is perfect for releasing tight joints, improving flexibility. Perfect for all levels as the slow movement allow for detailed instructions and focus on alignment in postures.

Mindful Flow

This class pairs breath with movement in a physical practice that encourages a transformative and balancing effect in your body. Ending off with a focus on breath work and mindfulness.

Rocket Inspired Flow

This dynamic and balanced Rocket Vinyasa class will challenge you with constant movement, and deep pranayama, to help take your practice to the next level. Exploring arm balances, inversions, and intermediate poses all intertwined within a strong, fast flowing practice. This class takes the primary Ashtanga series and sprinkles in some more challenging poses (modifications are offered). Suitable for all levels.
