Jaime has been in the health industry since she was 16, 12 years later she is now an RMT Massage Therapist, Esthetician with extra courses in chemical peels and skin care, Yoga Teacher, and is currently studying areas of Energy Work. She strives to find new modalities that give her clients that zen feel. That remove the stresses from their day- from their emotional and physical states and that improve their overall well being. Jaime is passionate about providing excellent services, beautiful classes, a welcoming space to grow within, creating relationships, and building a community of love and acceptance.
An injury put Chandra’s typical fitness regime on hold and opened her up to Yoga. During this time, she saw firsthand the healing powers of Yoga both on the physical body and the mind. She is here for you, no matter what stage of your journey you are on.
Kristen is a teacher for all souls. She is wildly passionate about Yoga and the peace it can offer her as a busy mama. She understands that your mat is your time, sometimes the only time you can call your own and is so honored to be able to lead her students through their practices.
Roxanne is passionate about cultivating flexibility within the mind so the body can follow. She believes taking the time on your mat allows you to become centered and focused in an effort to renew your self-love.
Michelle is very devoted to supporting her student's journey to create balance and wellness within. Michelle is an avid believer that yoga offers an opportunity to achieve this wellness and peace within.
Lani is a full-time elementary school teacher and knows firsthand how important cultivating balance and peace of mind can be, no matter your age, ability, or previous knowledge. She is excited to help every student on their path to spiritual wellbeing and an active lifestyle.
Sandra is passionate about helping her students cultivate healthy living through training the mind, body and spirit. Both a Yoga instructor and Fitness instructor Sandra is here to help you achieve your wellness goals in the ways that make the most sense to you.
Kristel was lead to Yoga to help manage her epilepsy. After seeing healing within herself Kristel decided to take her practice a step further by teaching. Kristel is passionate about her students, she loves supporting them during their practice and cultivating relationships and further building that sense of community following her classes.
Taylor has a strong passion for helping others and is a strong advocate for selfcare. Massage therapy allows Taylor to support her clients with their self-care goals while having them leave feeling relaxed and renewed. Bring your day to life in a warm room with this one hour class designed to wake up and energize the body. This class focuses on vinyasa style yoga, flowing from one pose to the next with our breath as our guide. Designed for all. (Heated Class)

For the beginner yogi with 10 classes or less of previous practice. Students will be instructed through a slow flow class designed to teach them introductory postures and alignment principles. This is not a workshop but rather a serial class meant to introduce new students to yoga.
This class is designed to help you feel good from head to toe. We use yin poses and massage balls to release tension in areas of the body. Then we add meditation to help calm the mind and leave you feeling good from top to bottom.
Start this class off with yin movements – deep stretches that you hold for several minutes to move stagnant energy through the body and to open up through any tight areas. Ending off with a focus on breath work and mindfulness.
This is a broad range of yoga classes. The word vinyasa means “breath synchronized movement.” In other words, the teacher will instruct you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or exhale. This technique is sometimes referred to as flow because of the smooth way that the poses run together and become like a dance. Vinyasa’s strength is in its diversity. there is no single philosophy, rulebook or sequence that teachers must follow, so there is a lot of room for individual personalities and quirks to come through. If you enjoy having things a little loose and unpredictable and like to move, this is the perfect yoga style.
A Yin / Yang styled class where students will start off strong with an active and dynamic Yang practice to energize and strengthen the body. Students will then Finish the class off with passive floor postures for several minutes in order to prepare both the body and the mind for more mindful experiences throughout the day.
Challenge yourself in this intermediate Vinyasa style class. Students will pair their breath with movement in a physical practice that encourages a transformative and balancing effect in your body. We will move at moderate to fast pace, building heat within the body as well as strength, flexibility, and stamina. **This class is not recommended for beginners or those recovering from injuries**
Slow movements and gentle sequences to create relaxation and rejuvenation within the body and mind. It is perfect for releasing tight joints, improving flexibility. Perfect for all levels as the slow movement allow for detailed instructions and focus on alignment in postures.
This class pairs breath with movement in a physical practice that encourages a transformative and balancing effect in your body. Ending off with a focus on breath work and mindfulness.
This dynamic and balanced Rocket Vinyasa class will challenge you with constant movement, and deep pranayama, to help take your practice to the next level. Exploring arm balances, inversions, and intermediate poses all intertwined within a strong, fast flowing practice. This class takes the primary Ashtanga series and sprinkles in some more challenging poses (modifications are offered). Suitable for all levels.

We leave one-third of spots in all of our classes available for walk in students (ie – for a 45 person capacity class, pre-registration caps at 30, leaving 15 spots for walk in students). So if you see a class below that does not have a “Sign Up” link, that means pre-registration is full, but one-third of the spots are still open for walk in students.
Aurora offers a variety of pre-registered classes and workshops for all skill levels of yoga, and for a variety of interests.
